Uncle Lee’s rich Oolong is a semi-fermented tea that has been drunk for centuries by the Chinese and Japanese people as a natural fat blocker. Oolong has a very distinct flavor, slightly smoky with a hint of floral. Uncle Lee’s Oolong Tea is also great if you want to substitute it for coffee. Unlike coffee, Oolong Tea is high with antioxidants but lower in caffeine. For this one, we have left the oolong tea leaves untouched by any other additives for those that love the original flavor of Oolong Tea.   Brewing Instructions: Hot Serving: Place one tea bag into an 8 oz empty cup. Pour 75C to 85C degree of hot water over tea bag and steep for 2 to 5 minutes depending on desired strength. Iced Serving: For one quart of iced tea, pour 2 cups of boiling water over 4 tea bags. Brew 4 to 6 minutes. Then add 2 cups of cold water and chill to desired temperature for serving. Ingredients: Pure oolong tea leaves.
