This is NOT a high quality silk fan which would be expected for the price. It’s a polyester blade, without a sewn edge – so this is absolutely going to start fraying at the edges after the first couple uses.The canvas has a manufacturers defect in mine (picture shown) where a fold in the fabric was glued right down the side of the fan. Didn’t even smooth it out before gluing.Also, the bamboo ribs are not sanded well and they are warped really badly so the open/close action scrapes against the other ribs really bad.The best part of this fan is the humor of the image.This product would be better valued in the $10-12 range.
