• 1 lb. bag The FRP-103 Dry fire-retardant is for Jute, fabrics, natural & synthetic fibers and is colorless and odorless when dry. It will retard or slow down the spread of flames but will not prevent charring. Directions for use – Mix with water to dilute. ( Start with 3-4 cups water) We recommend using the least amount of water necessary to dissolve the entire package. The entire package of fire retardant needs to be applied to a full coverage ghillie suit in order for it to be effective . Spray evenly on entire surface to be treated. Make sure to let it dry completely. One pound, (1) will treat 7 lbs. of material, or fabric. Or you may use a formula; the amount of Fire Retardant to be applied is 12.5% of the weight of the fabric.
