Everbuild Tecnic Fire Sealant 300 is an intumescent and acoustic acrylic sealant that swells when exposed to temperatures in excess of 150°C to prevent the passage of fire and smoke. It also provides excellent acoustic properties for sound deadening, average noise reduction of 29dB. No priming is required for most construction substrates. Its non slump formula is easy to apply and tool off. It is tack-free in 15 minutes and can be overpainted if desired. Suitable for use in joints up to 50mm wide. Halogen free and fire rated up to 5 hours.Joint movement capability: ± 12.5%.
